WellD Italia is seeking a Backend Developer to join its dev team on a mission-critical project for a global FMCG leader. You will contribute to enterprise-scale software solutions, shaping digital tools that deliver real-world value.

This hybrid role is based in Italy, with 3–4 days/week at Alba client site and Milan base, travel and accommodation costs covered by the company. The ideal candidate has strong Java backend experience, knowledge of DevOps and frontend integration, and fluency in

Competenze

• Strong backend development in Java with JVM ecosystem.
• Familiarity with frontend Angular or similar frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Hands-on with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solver fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical specs.
• Develop scalable backend solutions in Java and integrate with frontend components.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Contribute to the Tech Blog and community events.
