team.blue is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our agile, cross-functional team in Bergamo, Italy. You will design scalable services, collaborate with product owners, and help translate business needs into robust, secure applications.

Required 5+ years of Java experience, Spring framework expertise, and strong OOP/design patterns knowledge. Fluent Italian with good English reading/writing, plus Docker, Git, and CI/CD skills are advantageous.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong OOP, design patterns, and algorithms knowledge.
• Experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring.
• Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS.
• Italian fluency with English reading/writing.
