AD Energy is expanding its commercial operations in Italy and seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across installers and wholesalers of premium solar energy solutions. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and deepen relationships with distributors to strengthen market presence across the region.

Experience selling high-tech renewables products, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing market are essential.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience selling high-tech products within a market region.
• Direct experience with solar PV, solar systems, or energy storage is advantageous.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills required.

Mansioni

• Manage existing key accounts – wholesalers – and installer sales in Italy.
• Execute expansion sales strategy in the region and drive new business development.
• Be a brand advocate with strong knowledge of the full product portfolio.
• Attend product queries and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals.
• Acquire new customers among installers and distributors across Italy.
• Organise sales training for partners and clients and participate in trade shows.
