Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability.
• 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Hands-on operating background is required; not a fit for pure financial services.
• Deep sector knowledge aligned with AIA's investment priorities.
• Strong regional network and fluency in local business culture.

Mansioni

• Origination: identify targets with AIA's support and build the acquisition pipeline.
• Deal Closing: support due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.
• Transition: assume CEO role with a structured leadership handover.
• Operation: lead governance, reporting and compliant growth plans.
• Exit: coordinate exit planning with investors to maximize value.
