Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Counsel (Italy) to provide corporate and commercial legal advice across EMEA. The role requires at least 3 years post-qualification experience under Italian law, with fluency in Italian and English, and a strong track record in drafting and negotiating contracts.

You will join the global in-house legal team, reporting to the Chief Counsel, Continental Europe, and work closely with EMEA colleagues, focusing on Italy.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer under Italian law with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Degree in Law (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) with excellent academic record.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to Oliver Wyman businesses across EMEA.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents for the global professional services businesses.
• Advise consultants and corporate support functions on legal matters, including contractual implications of commercial decisions.
• Identify liability exposure and provide solutions to manage and reduce risk.
• Coordinate specialist legal review by internal and external legal advisers.
• Assist with legal support, including compliance and risk mitigation processes.
