The Estée Lauder Companies invites you to join the Facility Team as an intern, supporting workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services across our retail network and HQ. You will work with the HSE Manager and gain hands-on experience in daily operations, training records, and documentation, while developing practical skills in a multinational beauty company.

This internship offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and a formative learning

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields is required.
• Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety and facility management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Support Health & Safety and Facility teams in day-to-day operations across retail network and HQ.
• Assist with RENTRI portal (waste traceability) activities.
• Monitor and support waste management processes.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across retail stores.
• Support facility management activities at headquarters.
• Assist in organizing Health & Safety training records and documentation.
• Help in digitization and archiving of store documents.

#ELC Facility

The Role

The intern will join the Facility Team, reporting to the HSE Manager e facility coordinator, and will support key activities in workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services. We work closely with all departments in a dynamic and diverse environment, offering hands‑on experience and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Performance Areas

You will support the Health & Safety and Facility team in day-to-day operations across our retail network and HQ:

• Support activities related to the RENTRI portal (waste traceability);
• Help monitor waste management processes;
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores;
• Support facility management activities at headquarters;
• Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. 81/08);
• Update training records and safety documentation;
• Support the digitalization and archiving of store documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields;
• Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management;
• Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
