Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies invites motivated interns to join the Facility Team in a dynamic, multinational setting. You will contribute to workplace safety, environmental compliance, and facility management while gaining hands-on experience across departments.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and show curiosity about sustainability, safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08), and modern document management using Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
• Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management.
• Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support activities related to the RENTRI portal (waste traceability).
• Help monitor waste management processes.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities across retail stores.
• Support facility management activities at headquarters.
• Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Update training records and safety documentation.
• Support the digitalization and archiving of store documents.

#ELC Facility

The Role

The intern will join the Facility Team , reporting to the HSE Manager e facility coordinator, and will support key activities in workplace safety , environmental compliance , facility management , and general services . We work closely with all departments in a dynamic and diverse environment, offering hands‑on experience and cross‑functional collaboration.
