Xiaomi Italia is seeking a senior leader to own the white-goods GTM for Italy, covering refrigerators and washing machines from introduction to end‑of‑life. You will drive new‑product launches and hit country sales targets, while ensuring a strong lifecycle management and profitability.

You will collaborate with European HQ on SKU selection, pricing, and localization, and manage PSI inventory across offline retailers and e‑commerce to sustain market share and channel discipline.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3–5 years hands‑on experience in white‑goods GTM or category management.
• Overseas/home-appliance product ownership experience preferred (air conditioner/refrigerator/washing-machine).
• Strong knowledge of local open‑market, Amazon and key retail/e‑commerce models.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end overseas home‑appliance launches for a single country.
• Profound expertise in PSI inventory governance and country‑level operations.
