Xiaomi Technology is seeking a role responsible for end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery for Xiaomi large home appliances across the country.

You will own country delivery performance, vendor management, cost optimization and lead logistics projects, collaborating with European regional teams and local cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, stable and scalable supply chain fulfillment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 3–5 years in logistics or delivery operations.
• Experience with large home appliances or bulky cargo logistics is preferred.
• Familiar with customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• English and local language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the customer delivery plan design,clarify the delivery requirement and manage the fulfillment of POs.
• Responsible for the end to end delivery problem monitoring and coordination.
• Customer delivery planning management,hold the CPFR meeting with KAM and customer,review and output 13 weeks rolling plan.
• Local inventory management.monitor and manage HQ reworking warehouse,local country warehouse,HUB warehouse and channel inventory level.Ensure smooth operation.

About the Role

This role is responsible for end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operation of Xiaomi large home appliances across the country. You will own country delivery performance, vendor management, cost optimization and key logistics projects, closely collaborating with European regional teams and local cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, stable and scalable supply chain fulfillment for home appliance business.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the customer delivery plan design,clarify the delivery requirement and manage the fulfillment of POs.
• Responsible for the end to end delivery problem monitoring and coordination.
• Customer delivery planning management,hold the CPFR meeting with KAM and customer,review and output 13 weeks rolling plan.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields is preferred.
• 3-5 years logistics, supply chain or delivery operation experience; large home appliance/bulky cargo logistics experience is preferred.
• Familiar with local logistics processes including customs clearance, warehousing and last-mile bulky cargo delivery; relevant local operation experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in Large Home Appliances industry is preferred.
• English and local language can be working language.
• Good working attitude and teamwork coordination.

Compensation: This is a local hire role. The gross annual salary is aligned with local market benchmark. xysqume Final offer will be determined based on candidate’s experience and competencies.
