Swan is seeking a Country Lead based in Milan to drive growth and strengthen Swan's presence in the Italian market. You will develop strong relationships with key partners, represent Swan externally, and ensure our solutions meet local needs while aligning with our long-term strategy.

The role combines market development, commercial ownership, and local representation in a fast-growing fintech environment, with emphasis on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience in Fintech or payments.
• Experience selling to international or European environments.
• Able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own new business revenue in Italy for Swan.
• Develop outbound strategies to create opportunities.
• Be the local representative for Swan, coordinating with partners and customers.
• Localise Swan’s offer to meet Italian market needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR to raise Swan’s profile in Italy.
