Syneos Health Italy S.R.L. is seeking an Associate Counsel for Italy on a fixed-term basis. The role provides day-to-day employment and corporate legal support across Italy and designated EMEA jurisdictions.

The attorney will advise HR and business leaders, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, handle investigations, and ensure compliance with Italian and European law in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Competenze

• Qualified attorney admitted to practice law in Italy and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing labor and employment law in Italy.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Labor & Employment: Advise HR and business leaders across Italy and designated EMEA jurisdictions on employment law, performance, discipline, and separations.
• Litigation, Claims & Investigations: Manage employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and external counsel.
• Commercial Contracts & Corporate Legal: Draft, review and negotiate vendor and services agreements; support governance and due diligence.
• Compliance, Governance & Risk: Support corporate compliance initiatives and policy development across regions.
