Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Italy (requires bar admission).
• Experience in employment law and HR-related matters.
• Experience advising on workforce restructurings, investigations, and labor disputes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to HR and business leaders across Italy and designated EMEA jurisdictions.
• Manage and advise on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, restructurings, and labor disputes.
• Draft, review and update employment-related agreements, policies, and guidance materials; monitor regulatory developments.
