Amplifon AG is offering a 6-month internship in the Italy Accounts Payable Team in Milan, starting in September 2026. This role involves supporting supplier invoice processing, financial controls, and payment operations, providing invaluable experience in accounting.

Ideal candidates should have a relevant educational background, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be detail-oriented. The internship offers a gross reimbursement of 1000€ per month, ticket restaurants, and the flexibility of smartworking.

Job Description

Italy Accounts Payable Internship | Start date: September 2026 | 6 months | Milan

Amplifon is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join the Italy Accounts Payable Team of Amplifon Italia S.p.A.

You will support the team in managing daily accounts payable activities, contributing to supplier invoice processing, financial controls, and payment operations. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and international corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier invoice processing and accounting checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Assist with payments, vendor reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities
• Manage vendor master data and help resolve administrative or payment‑related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations
• Contribute to process improvement, digitalization, and automation projects within Accounts Payable

Qualifications

• Have a degree or educational background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Have a good analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data
• Are accurate, detail‑oriented, and organized
• Show a proactive, curious, and hands‑on attitude
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
