You will provide high-quality technical and general assistance to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining product knowledge and service policies.

This role requires native or fluent Italian, the ability to adapt to new software tools, strong communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
