Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals to join an international technology project. This role offers relocation assistance and the possibility to work remotely within Portugal.

You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, build relationships, identify needs, and deliver high-quality experiences while meeting targets. Fluency in Italian and good English are required, with strong communication and adaptability.
