WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, assisting with platform and product questions.

The role includes full relocation support if needed, paid training, and a competitive annual salary package paid across 14 months. You will join an international team with opportunities for career development.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required as training is provided.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
