WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team, delivering an excellent Italian-speaking customer experience remotely.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian (with English training), participate in paid training from day one, and enjoy a fully remote role with relocation support for EU moves. Salary: €1,050 gross per month with 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, international team.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
