WW Talents is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal. The role requires fluent Italian and strong English, delivering professional, empathetic support and resolving inquiries quickly.

You will work a 24/7 rotational schedule, engage with customers, and help maintain high service standards while handling various market needs. Accommodation support is provided during relocation.

Job description

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
