WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative for onsite work in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on delivering professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues with accuracy and care.

The position requires fluent Italian and C1 English, with a 24/7 rotational schedule. Relocation support and accommodation assistance are provided as part of the package.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
