Job summary

WW Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join onsite and deliver professional support across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Required are fluent Italian and C1 English, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational environment. Relocation support and accommodation options are provided; visa sponsorship is not available.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
