WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent support in Italian from Greece. The role is on-site with rotating shifts and offers paid training, relocation support, and a multicultural team environment.

Your responsibilities include handling inquiries in Italian, resolving issues in CRM, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across channels. English proficiency is required for training and internal communication.

• Experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
