Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Greece is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in Italian and English for a fully remote role. EU relocation package is available. You will assist customers by phone, email, or chat, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction. The salary is paid 14 times per year at 1,000–1,300 EUR per payout, with shift-based hours and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C1+) and good English.
• EU citizenship / already located in Greece.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already located there.
