Nordea Asset Management in Milan seeks a Junior Salesperson to support the Italian Sales Team and strengthen client relationships with banks, wealth managers and asset managers.

You will assist with day-to-day client servicing, help plan client meetings and events, and collaborate across Sales, Client Service and the broader organization. Fluency in Italian and English, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in Fund Distribution, Asset Management or Sales Support.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and strong English.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Italian Sales Team with day-to-day activities and client relationship management.
• Handle requests from Italian client base including private banks and asset managers.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects with a client-focused approach.
• Support planning and execution of client meetings, roadshows, trainings/events and campaigns.
• Participate in client meetings across Italy and at international hubs.
• Collect client and market feedback to identify opportunities for the Sales Team.
• Maintain client/prospect data in Salesforce and support reporting and follow-up activities.
• Contribute as a collaborative member of the Italian distribution team.
