Nordea is seeking a Junior Salesperson to join our Italian sales team in Milan. You will support existing clients and prospects, bridging Sales, Client Service, and Nordea Asset Management, contributing to growth of the Italian business.

You will build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinate client meetings and events, maintain CRM data, and help deliver proactive service with a commercial mindset.

Competenze

• Experience in Fund Distribution or Asset Management, internship acceptable.
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and strong English.
• Familiarity with client servicing or sales support.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with the Italian Sales Team and clients to support growth.
• Handle requests and queries from the Italian client base, coordinating with internal teams.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects, maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Assist in planning and executing client meetings, events and campaigns.
• Participate in client meetings and events across Italy and international hubs where needed.
• Share client and market feedback to help address needs and opportunities.
