Obsidian is hiring native or near-native Italian speakers to audit AI training data in their own language, not to produce it. You will work on two audit collections: Multilingual Transcription Audit and Forced Alignment Audit, applying error codes and providing short rationales for each decision.

Each task includes a 5.00 audit hour workflow with careful, written feedback. You must have native-level Italian, strong English writing, and a disciplined approach to applying rubrics.

Competenze

• Native Italian as spoken in Italy required.
• Strong English reading and writing required.
• Disciplined rubric application with consistent judgments.
• Careful listening to distinguish subtle sounds and boundaries.
• Prior AI data annotation or model evaluation experience is a plus.
