Cross Border Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece. No experience required; full relocation support and paid training included. You'll join a top global BPO helping international brands, in a sunny, vibrant city.

You'll handle Italian-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, learn our tools, and grow with mentors. The role is full-time, rotating shifts, with a competitive salary and performance bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat
• Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)
• Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional
• Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
• Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You Don't Need Experience Just the Right Mindset

You speak English at a conversational level (B2)

You're comfortable using a computer and willing to learn

You're ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)

You're positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people

You're open to new challenges and want to grow

You've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role

You've helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
