Job summary

CCR is seeking a Finance Analyst – Collections to manage the Italian customer portfolio, aiming to reduce overdue receivables and improve cash collection times. The role acts as the main contact between customers, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in collections, strong Excel and SAP FI knowledge, and native Italian with good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections and/or credit management.
• High level of accuracy, autonomy and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collections process for the Italian portfolio and reduce overdue receivables.
• Coordinate between customers, Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes affecting payments.
• Prepare credit management reports including aging, DSO and outstanding balances.
