Apple Retail Italy is seeking an IT - Specialist (Sales) to help customers discover products and services while delivering a personalized buying experience. You’ll learn in detail about Apple devices, accessories, and services to tailor recommendations and ownership options to each guest.

You’ll contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and helping every guest feel valued, informed, and confident in their Apple purchase.

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store
• Proficient in the local language, written and spoken (sign language supported)
• Knowledge of Apple products and services
• Personalise solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple customers
• Teamwork with shared responsibility and accountability
• Curious and eager to learn from others and help them grow
• Learn about Apple products and third-party products to enhance the customer experience

• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks as needed, including customer service in other store areas
