Hampshire County Council cerca un IT Project Manager per guidare progetti IT complessi in un contesto di trasformazione pubblico. Il ruolo prevede consegna end-to-end, gestione di budget e stakeholder, e collaborazione con team multipli in un ambiente ibrido.

La posizione è permanente, con sede a Winchester (lavoro ibrido) e orario di 37 ore settimanali. Previsto stipendio competitivo e opportunità di sviluppo professionale all’interno dell’ente pubblico.

Competenze

• Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di progetti IT end-to-end di grandi dimensioni.
• Capacità di gestire budget, tempi e qualità e report a senior management.
• Attitudine al lavoro in Team ibrido e gestione stakeholder diverse.

• Progettare e consegnare servizi digitali per oltre un milione di residenti, utilizzare piattaforme moderne e tecnologie cloud.
• Mantenere rapporti efficaci con colleghi e clienti per garantire integrità ed efficacia del Dipartimento IT.
• Gestire cambiamenti, presentare avanzamenti e contribuire allo sviluppo professionale continuo.

Our Projects and Programmes Team is a busy and dynamic change function, supporting the departments of the authority to deliver transformation, savings, and service improvements whilst working within formal governance structures and processes.

We’re seeking anIT Project Managerfor a permanent contract, with significant skills and experience of managing end to end delivery of large, complex projects.

What you’ll do:

You’ll help design and deliver digital services that support over a million residents, working on modern platforms, data-driven solutions, and secure, cloud-based technologies. As well as being the driving force behind project delivery, you'll be required to maintain a responsive and effective working relationship with colleagues and customers across the business representing and upholding the integrity and effectiveness of the IT Department.

You must be creative and innovative, with strong competence in financial management and ability to present and report to senior management. You will also be self-motivated and committed to ongoing personal development.
