Moncler headquarters in Milan is seeking an IT In-store Application Specialist to drive governance, evolution, and continuity of clienteling and retail apps across Moncler and Stone Island boutiques. You will monitor web, native, and React Native solutions and provide second-level support to the Retail network.

The role requires strong analytical and technical skills, experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and JavaScript/React/React Native.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of web and mobile applications, system integrations, and REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, with knowledge of NoSQL databases and data management paradigms.
• Ability to analyze and work with XML and JSON data structures and payloads.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms.
• Software development skills, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or React Native, and the ability to read and modify existing code.
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and/or project management, preferably in the Retail sector.

Overview

For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for a curious and solution-oriented IT In-store Application Specialist to join the IT Client Facing Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

Within the omnichannel retail environment, the In-Store Application Specialist will contribute to technical governance, application evolution, and operational continuity of the solutions used at Moncler and Stone Island boutiques, combining solid technical expertise with a strong focus on the in-store user experience.

In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of clienteling and retail applications for Moncler and Stone Island boutiques;

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:
