Generali Group è alla ricerca di un Manager IT Finance per gestire budget e forecast IT, supportando decisioni strategiche nelle iniziative aziendali in ambito assicurativo. Il ruolo prevede gestione relazioni con fornitori, negoziazione contratti e reportistica al Top Management, con monitoraggio di costi run e change, garantendo conformità a normative e contratti.

Collaborerai con Head Office e IT services per allineare strumenti e dati.

Qualificações

• 5+ anni di esperienza nel mercato assicurativo.
• Forti capacita' di negoziazione con fornitori esterni.
• Solida esperienza in IT Finance, soprattutto stima costi IT e monitoraggio budget.
• Conoscenza pratica di SAP è un plus.
• Ottima organizzazione e leadership.
• Inglese professionale avanzato (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Gestire la pianificazione e le previsioni di budget IT per supportare decisioni aziendali.
• Gestire relazioni end-to-end con fornitori, incluse negoziazione, gestione contratti e rinnovi.
• Fornire report aggiornati al Top Management (es. CFO).
• Raccogliere e valutare stime IT di run e change coerenti con le esigenze funzioni e obiettivi CFO.
• Monitorare spese, aggiornare previsioni e garantire conformita' ai limiti approvati.
• Supervisionare processi di richiesta d'acquisto e approvazione appalti entro budget.
• Collaborare con Head Office e servizi IT per formalizzare bisogni e allineare strumenti e contratti.
• Garantire che strumenti e data services supportino esigenze di business nel rispetto di norme e contratti.
• Coordinate i processi di procurement garantendo esecuzione tempestiva entro budget.

Overview

In this role, you will manage IT budget planning and forecasts to support informed decision-making in business initiatives with IT impact. You will oversee relationships with information providers and ensure compliance across regulatory and contractual obligations, while delivering timely reports to Top Management. You will quantify IT run and change costs, monitor expenses, and guide procurement to stay within approved limits. You’ll collaborate with Head Office and IT teams to align tools, data services, and contracts with business needs, conveying clear insights to leadership.

Responsabilità

• Manage IT budget and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Oversee end-to-end relationships with information providers, including negotiation, contract management, and renewals
• Provide up-to-date reporting and materials to Top Management (e.g., CFO team)
• Collect and assess IT run and change cost estimates aligned with functions’ needs and CFO spending targets
• Monitor expenses, update forecasts, and ensure compliance with approved limits
• Supervise purchase request and procurement approval processes within budget
• Communicate clearly with Top Management for aligned decision-making
• Collaborate with Head Office functions and IT services teams to formalize needs
• Ensure tools and data services support business needs while complying with regulatory frameworks and contracts
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely execution within budget

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years total experience in the insurance market
• Strong negotiation skills with external vendors
• Solid IT Finance management expertise, especially IT cost estimation and IT budget monitoring
• Acquired knowledge and practical use of SAP systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent professional English (C1 Advanced)
