Job summary

Thélios, part of the LVMH group, is seeking an IT Digital Commerce Specialist to join the IT Omnichannel team in Italy. The role focuses on B2B e-commerce platforms, with emphasis on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), PIM and DAM, and ensuring a seamless front-end customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or web platforms.
• Hands-on experience with B2B e-commerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as application owner of the B2B e-commerce platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris), ensuring operation, evolution and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze requirements from Sales, Customer Service and other business functions, translating into functional and technical specifications for front-end and back-end evolutions.
• Manage the PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring data quality and asset consistency across channels.
• Support integrations between e-commerce platforms and company systems (SAP ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM).
• Coordinate external vendors and system integrators in development, testing, release and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage incidents and change requests, monitor service levels, performance and user experience.
• Contribute to B2C / direct-to-consumer digital initiatives and AI-based solutions adoption on platforms.
• Develop functional and technical documentation and support training for internal users.

IT Commerce Platforms Specialist

POSITION

We are looking for an IT Digital Commerce Specialist to join our IT Omnichannel team.

Within the IT Omnichannel area, the role is responsible for the digital commerce platforms supporting our wholesale business, with a main focus on the B2B e-commerce and on the PIM and DAM solutions that feed all digital channels. Working closely with business functions, IT teams and external partners, the candidate will ensure the stability and evolution of these platforms, from requirements analysis to release, taking ownership of both the functional and the front-end side of the customer experience

Job responsabilities

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• act as application owner of the B2B e-commerce platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris), ensuring its operation, evolution and continuous improvement;
• gather and analyze requirements from Sales, Customer Service and other business functions, translating them into functional and technical specifications for front-end and back-end evolutions;
• manage the PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring the quality and consistency of product data and digital assets across all channels;
• support integrations between the e-commerce platforms and company systems (SAP ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM)
• coordinate external vendors and system integrators in development, testing, release and troubleshooting activities;
• manage incidents and change requests, monitoring service levels, performance and user experience of the platforms;
• contribute to B2C / direct-to-consumer digital initiatives and to the adoption of automation and AI-based solutions on the managed platforms;
• develop functional and technical documentation and support training activities for internal users.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or web platforms as E-commerce Specialist, IT Applications Specialist, Functional Analyst, Web Developer or in similar roles
• Hands-on experience with B2B e-commerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar solutions (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, commercetools)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration logic; basic knowledge of SQL
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and good communication skills, with the ability to work with business users and external vendors
• Good knowledge of English

Additional information

Located in Longarone.

For this position, the gross annual salary is at EUR 30.000 gross per year. The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin. This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
