Job summary

Thélios, part of the LVMH eyewear group, is seeking a SAP FI CO Analyst located in Veneto, Italy. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing finance and management control processes using SAP, with responsibilities spanning end-user support, requirement analysis, configuration, project participation, testing, and documentation.

Regular travel to Longarone is expected. Located in Padua with weekly trips to Longarone, the position offers a €40,000 gross annual salary under the Eyewear CCNL.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of consolidated experience as a SAP FI CO Functional Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support end-users in SAP FI/CO usage, resolving issues and providing daily assistance.
• Analyze business requirements of Administration, Finance and Control areas.
• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to meet needs or improve processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade or rollout projects with technical-functional contributions.
• Test new configurations and developments for correct functionality.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for processes and changes.
• Collaborate with SAP teams and key users to ensure system integrity.

POSITION We are looking for a SAP FI CO Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our business processes in the Finance and Management Control area, using the SAP system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Support end-users in the use of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Management Control) modules, resolving issues and providing daily assistance.
• Analyze and understand the business requirements of the Administration, Finance, and Control areas.
• Configure and customize SAP FI CO modules to meet new needs or improve existing processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects, providing technical-functional contributions.

Profile

PROFILE

• At least 3 years of consolidated experience as a SAP FI CO Functional Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA).
• Strong skills in general accounting and administration.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose SAP solutions.
• Problem-solving oriented and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively interact with users and colleagues
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is required.
• Flexibility and proactivity.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Located in Padua with regular weekly trips to Longarone.

For this position, the gross annual salary is EUR 40.000 gross per year. The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin. This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
