Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow in B2B sales? Join our expanding team and develop a dual role that combines Inside Sales excellence with progressive involvement in Business Development activities in the dynamic IT solutions industry.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Junior Business Developer to join our Rome-based team. You will initially focus on lead generation and qualification, but in a short time, you’ll gradually take on selected customer-facing responsibilities while continuing to play a key role in inside sales operations.
What you’ll do
As you grow into a blended role:
Your target will mainly be mid level Companies, some sales through Partners (System Integrators, VARs) and Vendors may also be involved. Travel within the territory and to the headquarters is required. Ideal candidates will have some prior experience selling IT services.
The salary and related benefits will be assessed during the interview and commensurate with the candidate's actual skills. However, a contract (CCNL of Commerce) with long visibility is proposed.
Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills are required.
