Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, is seeking a qualified professional to design, implement, and document configurations across ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, and MES platforms in collaboration with IT peers.

You will develop and maintain integration interfaces and automated workflows using REST/SOAP APIs, and coordinate UAT, incidents, and go-live readiness in a hybrid environment. A focus on AI-assisted tooling will optimize performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Experience developing, configuring, and integrating ERP/CRM/MES systems.
• Proficient in API development (REST/SOAP) and SQL for data manipulation.
• Understanding of IT architectures, data models, and integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware and integration technologies; version control and DevOps.
• Agile/hybrid project experience; Jira or Azure DevOps familiarity.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code tools is a plus.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document configurations, customizations, and scripting solutions within ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, and MES platforms in collaboration with Business Analysts, IT Architects, and Application Owners
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces and automated workflows between business applications; use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI-assisted tools to ensure reliable data exchange and end-to-end process continuity
• Provide technical support and coordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT): manage test environments, resolve technical defects, and validate go-live readiness
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and performance issues; conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures
• Manage application lifecycle activities including release planning, version upgrades, patch management, and regression testing; coordinate with software vendors and IT teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture overviews, interface specifications, configuration guides, runbooks) in line with internal and external standards
• Proactive evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize application performance and integration workflows

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Software Engineering
• Previous years of professional experience in developing, configuring, and integrating enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, MES), preferably in an industrial environment
• Proven proficiency in API development (REST/SOAP) and scripting; strong SQL skills for complex data queries and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of IT system architectures, data models, and application integration patterns; hands-on experience with middleware and integration technologies
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and DevOps/deployment procedures for application configuration
• Experience in agile/hybrid project environments (Scrum, Kanban); tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and automation tools as an advantage; experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

• Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
