Prada Group in Arezzo is seeking a technically minded analyst to join Group IT, supporting Retail, Industrial and Real Estate apps. You will analyze requirements, draft specs, and liaise with external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.

You will prepare tests, support UAT, and contribute to AI initiatives within the application scope, leveraging Office 365 tools and ServiceNow. Fluency in English and a proactive, organized mindset are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field; engineering/computer science preferred.
2–4 years experience in functional analysis or application support is desirable.
Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint and Power Apps is a plus.
Ability to draft functional analyses and project documentation; testing knowledge helpful.
English level B2 (spoken and written) required.

Mansioni

Collect and formalise requirements, draft functional analyses and specifications for changes and new apps.
Coordinate with external development partners to align business needs and solutions.
Create and execute functional and regression tests, manage defects and support UAT.
Support AMS activities on in-scope applications and handle user requests.
Manage ticket flow, monitor incidents and coordinate with suppliers for resolutions.
Participate in projects and meetings, reporting on AI initiatives within scope.
