AMARIS GROUP SA is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Retail & Point of Sales team in Milano, Italy. This role involves supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients.

You will join our Retail & Point of Sales team supporting business transformation and digitalization projects for retail clients in an international context.

Your Missions

• Gather and document requirements for retail and point of sales system enhancements and new features
• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
• Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions
• Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail business needs into technical specifications
• Identify gaps in existing retail and POS functionalities and propose improvements
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Your Profile

• 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on retail and point of sales projects
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for retail and POS systems
• Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
• Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects within the retail sector
• Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
• English and Italian fluent
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
