Alstom is seeking a Services Documentation Specialist to prepare technical publications such as use and maintenance manuals and spare parts catalogs, collaborating with Engineering and external suppliers to gather input data and ensure quality. The role includes organizing product operation and maintenance training for external customers and delivering ISR documentation in line with project plans.

Requirements include engineering degree, experience in technical publications, and knowledge of

Competenze

• Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Technical Publications or Engineering Department.
• Knowledge of Technical Publications (O&M manuals).
• Knowledge of Service Engineering and Maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Knowledge of project planning and Customer training organization.

Mansioni

• Drives production of ISR documentation deliverables (O&M manuals, IPCs, maintenance manuals).
• Liaises with Engineering and external suppliers to collect input data for ISR manuals.
• Ensures maintenance documentation follows Alstom standards and tools.
• Manages ISR documentation deliverables and life-cycle within projects.
• Performs quality control of O&M manuals before release to customers.
• Manages 3rd party documentation from sub-contractors.
