Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced IT application leader to guide Robotics One and related Digital domain applications. You will drive roadmap, ensure strong governance, and manage multi-country projects within ABB’s global framework.

Join a transformation-driven team, lead geographically dispersed groups, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years IT experience in app development, deployment and maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years global management/leadership; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record as an application leader in global orgs.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus-building skills.

• Lead and manage Robotics One application and other apps in Digital domain.
• Own and develop the Robotics One roadmap for usage.

This Position Reports To

RARO IS Domain Manager

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Lead and manage Robotics One application, Value Provider Portal and other applications in Digital domain, and integrations in accordance with global IS strategy and Group regulations.
• Own and develop the Robotics One application and integrations roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and increased usage.
• Govern applications in scope to provide transparency, prioritize effectively, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure application services meet customer needs, maintaining quality through SLAs and OLAs with IS IT teams and suppliers.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will oversee application lifecycle management, budget ownership, vendor relationships, and compliance with ABB standards and regulations. You will contribute to global IS strategy, define and enhance methodologies for application management, and ensure data consistency and quality in collaboration with business stakeholders. Operating in a business under transformation, you will manage complex, multi-country projects, balance diverse stakeholder expectations, and lead geographically dispersed teams in an outsourced environment.

Compensation Package

Minimum annual salary: €61.000

Variable Pay: AIP target % + Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
