Job summary

• Undertakes intake and assessment of complaints/allegations and determines scope.
• Plans, organizes and conducts investigations at HQ or DOs with interviews.
• Prepares investigation plans, reports and evidence records.
• Contributes to lessons learned and proactive integrity reviews.
• Maintains liaison with FAO divisions during intake assessment.
