Amaris Consulting in Bologna seeks a Business Manager to drive growth and lead three key areas: Business Development, Recruitment & Management, and Business Unit Leadership. You will identify prospects, engage clients, build relationships, and attract top talent while mentoring your team.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor financial performance, and foster an ambitious, collaborative environment in an international setting.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business or related fields.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Sales.
• Experience in a demanding setting, where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
• Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
