Teleflex is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver professional education programs for surgeons, OR staff and sales representatives in Italy and across EMEA. You will support case coverage, peer-to-peer training, in-booth simulators, and other educational activities in partnership with the CMA team.

Based in Rovigo, Veneto, the role requires up to 80% travel to various markets, maintaining compliance with HCP policies and delivering high-quality education to advance Teleflex products and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent.
• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Demonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices; urology experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train HCPs in clinical settings.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved educational programs for surgeons, OR staff and sales reps.
• Support case coverage in Italy and other EMEA markets as needed.
• Train clinicians and institutions; coordinate with CMA Director and Commercial Team.
• Manage training logistics, budgeting and costs for Professional Education events.
• Maintain current with medical literature and industry trends.
