InterSystems Italia is looking for a Systems Management Specialist responsible for delivering the System Architecture Plan and managing resources for software deployment. Responsibilities include administration of hosted solutions, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. Candidates should have strong experience in Linux or UNIX systems, programming, and information security practices. Availability for after-hours work may be required. Competenze

• In-depth experience in configuring, implementing and administering Linux or UNIX systems (preferred: SUSE/RedHat).
• Ability to work directly with the source code of a system and develop solutions to improve system-level performance.
• Familiarity with best practices and techniques for maintaining and improving information security.
• Ability to adopt creative skills and problem-solving techniques to solve problems or devise a new solution.
• Availability to work outside usual office hours when necessary.

Mansioni

• Design, review and install all InterSystems products including patches and builds.
• Administration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Support and test TrakCare internal and external utilities.
• Assist Presales for technical requests such as architecture and configuration.
