InterSystems is seeking talented and curious problem-solvers for a technical support role in Milan. The position involves responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support using InterSystems’ technology stack, and working with key healthcare clients in Italy.

Competenze

• At least 3 years experience in technical roles related to software development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with teams in different locations.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and solve complex issues.

Mansioni

• Provide immediate customer support in accordance with service standards.
• Technical support for application development using InterSystems' technologies.
• Create training materials and documentation for technical courses.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of web-oriented languages (HTML, JavaScript)

Experience with SQL and data analysis

Knowledge of Java or C++

Ability to design and write technical documents

Teamwork skills

Formazione

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
