Adecco Italia is seeking a motivated Supply Chain - Network Planning Intern to join a global leader in the tyre industry. You will work in the Network Planning department and gain hands-on exposure to both business and industrial perspectives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with your tutor on managing supply plans, stock balance and international flows, while developing your skills through practical, real-world tasks and dedicated mentorship.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering is required.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Access, is expected.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with tutor to manage supply plans from factory warehouses to regional distribution warehouses.
• Ensure correct stock balance and guarantee product availability targets.
• Manage international flows (intercompany, direct delivery to OEM) through monthly and weekly planning.
• Handle slot loading/unloading for order issuance and load optimization.
• Perform product availability analysis and monthly result estimation.

Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Supply Chain - Network Planning Intern. You will join the Supply Chain team, within the Network Planning department, and will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an industrial perspective. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main Activities

• You will collaborate with your tutor in:
• Managing supply plans from factory warehouses (FW) to regional distribution warehouses (RDW).
• Ensuring the correct balance of stocks and guaranteeing set product availability targets.
• Managing international flows (intercompany, direct delivery to Original Equipment, etc.) through monthly and weekly planning.
• Handling slot loading/unloading management for order issuance and load optimization.
• Performing product availability analysis and monthly result estimation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Office (mainly Excel and Access).
