• Diploma o laurea, anche triennale.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel e della suite Office.
• Precisione e buone capacità relazionali.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Aufgaben

• Supporto Back-Office: inserimento dati e gestione documentale.
• Supporto procurement: monitoraggio degli approvvigionamenti e degli ordini.
• Gestione reclami: ricezione e tracciamento delle segnalazioni dai clienti.
• Reportistica: utilizzo di Excel per estrarre dati e generare report di base.

In questo ruolo potrai conoscere da vicino tutte le nostre tecnologie ( Idraulica, Tecnologia lineare, Tecnica di Montaggio e Automazione ) e imparare a gestire le attività chiave del back-office commerciale in un contesto strutturato e collaborativo.

Di cosa ti occuperai in affiancamento al team:

Supporto Back-Office: Attività di inserimento dati (data entry) e gestione documentale.

Procurement: Supporto nel monitoraggio degli approvvigionamenti e degli ordini.

Gestione reclami (Claims): Supporto nella ricezione e tracciamento delle segnalazioni dei clienti.

Reportistica: Utilizzo di Excel per supportare il team nell'estrazione dati e report di base.

Cosa cerchiamo:

• Diploma o Laurea (anche triennale).
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare diExcel .
• Precisione, buone capacità relazionali e motivazione ad imparare.
