Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites applications for an Internship in Pricing and Demand Planning in the Moto unit. You will gain hands-on exposure to shaping pricing strategies, demand forecasts, and cross-functional analysis from day one, with guidance from a tutor and increasing responsibilities.

The internship emphasizes learning, international exposure, and development in a fast-evolving industry within a global tire leader.

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English (min. B2).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining pricing policy by analyzing cross-functional inputs.
Support validation of sales campaigns and handling exceptions.
Monitor local selling prices by channel and country.
Create and maintain competitor price benchmarks and sell-in/sell-out reports.
Track monthly quantity and net sales forecast.
Prepare monthly reports for management meetings, marketing, sales and controlling teams.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

Supporting pricing policy definition by analyzing cross-functional inputs (customer/consumer data, competitor data, product data, and market trends).
Supporting sales campaigns validation and exceptions authorization.
Monitoring local selling prices by channel and country.
Creating and maintaining competitor price benchmarks and customer sell-in/sell-out reports.
Monitoring monthly quantity and net sales forecast monitoring.
Preparing monthly reports and evaluating results for management meetings, marketing, sales, and controlling teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2 level).
Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
