Mediobanca is seeking a candidate for the FSO Post Trading Static Data’s Team to support Know Your Customer profiling, review onboarding documents, and ensure data quality post onboarding. The role targets individuals with banking knowledge and a finance focus, strong relational skills, and proficiency in Excel within a bank environment.

The position involves collaboration with various bank divisions and requires meticulous documentation and teamwork. START DATE: October 2026.

Posizione:

FSO Post Trading Static Data’s Team is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with many parts of the Bank, Private Banking Desk, Anti-Money Laundering Group, Compliance and Legal.

Within the team the Candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• to support and ensure the proper Know Your Customer profiling (Due Diligence / Anti-Money Laundering process) for Private clients and the settlors of the subsidiary Spafid.
• to check and review of all documentation to ensure completeness and follow up closely on outstanding documentation/any documentation deficiencies to ensure account opening documentation are submitted accurately and timely;
• to manage Data Quality Control Post-Onboarding.
