Job summary

Mediobanca in Italy is seeking a candidate for the FSO Post Trading Static Data Team. You will support Know Your Customer profiling, contribute to due diligence and AML processes for private clients and settlors of the subsidiary Spafid, and assist with onboarding data quality control.

The role focuses on accuracy, timely documentation review, and collaboration across teams to ensure data integrity in post-trade processes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking sector and interest in finance.
• Highly motivated with strong relational skills.
• Teamwork and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Know Your Customer profiling (Due Diligence / Anti-Money Laundering) for Private clients and the settlors of the subsidiary Spafid.
• Review and ensure completeness of all documentation and follow up on outstanding items to submit onboarding documents accurately and timely.
• Manage Data Quality Control Post-Onboarding.

Position Description:

FSO Post Trading Static Data’s Team is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with many parts of the Bank, Private Banking Desk, Anti-Money Laundering Group, Compliance and Legal.

Within the team the Candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• to support and ensure the proper Know Your Customer profiling (Due Diligence / Anti-Money Laundering process) for Private clients and the settlors of the subsidiary Spafid.
• to check and review of all documentation to ensure completeness and follow up closely on outstanding documentation/any documentation deficiencies to ensure account opening documentation are submitted accurately and timely;
• to manage Data Quality Control Post-Onboarding.
