Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan invites energetic interns to join the Moto unit's Network Availability team. You will gain hands-on experience in balancing stock, coordinating supply from FW to RDW, and supporting monthly/weekly planning under guided mentorship.

The program emphasizes autonomy, strategic insight, and real-world decision-making in a fast-evolving two-wheeler market, with exposure to global operations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Passion for the two wheels is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support network planning from factory warehouses to regional hubs.
• Assist in maintaining stock balance and meeting product availability targets.
• Help manage international flows for monthly and weekly planning.
• Assist with slot loading/unloading, order issuance, and loading optimization.

From day one, you will gain hands‑on experience and grow your skills in manage supply plans from factory warehouses to regional hubs, ensuring balanced stock levels and meeting product availability goals. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Managing supply plans from factory warehouses (FW) to regional distribution warehouses (RDW);
• Ensuring the correct balance of stocks and achieving product availability targets;
• Managing international flows (intercompany, direct delivery to Original Equipment, etc.) for monthly and weekly planning;
• Managing slot loading/unloading, order issuance, and loading optimization;
• Analyzing product availability and estimating monthly results.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
• Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
